Ross Dilley

Ross brings over 20 years of culinary and special event management experience to Hollyhock Hill.  His previous experience includes catering and personal chef services with Mustard Seed Market and administrative duties for Universal Concerts and House of Blues at Blossom Music Center, plus work with The Cleveland Orchestra and Public Radio.

Ross has a B.F.A. in Business Communications from The University of Akron with Post-Bac work in Accounting.  Ross enjoys working in any kitchen and is known for his love of baking and the pleasure all of his cooking brings to those who enjoy his endeavors.

He is excited to bring his passion for food and special events knowledge to Hollyhock Hill.  We're all looking forward to working with you.

What is Hollyhock Hill?

Hollyhock Hill is named after Ross's home in Akron's West Hill and the flower is one of the first planted in his garden.  A life long gardener and fresh food fanatic, he loves the way a hollyhock thrives and spreads into other areas of his yard - and his neighbors!  Sometimes they come back in wonderful colors!

Ross looks forward to his business growing like his hollyhocks.
